Ninja Specter Policies

Ninja Specter was created for a more playful environment for casual gamers. Any activity found to violate the game design and which can negatively impact players, economy, or the world itself may lessen and affect the enjoyment of players. These effects can be experienced from a bloated economy, server instability, and allowing unauthorized access to accounts, computers, and player data. If Ninja Specter finds any of the following issues to be present, Ninja Specter has the right to take on swift and appropriate actions on all players involved in playing the online game. Please take note of the important guidelines written below explaining the penalties involved if Ninja Specter discover and prove any of these malicious activities are valid. We investigate each and every malicious, and can take action more than what is indicated here.

TechnoTal respects your privacy to control the information submitted for registration. Additionally on the issue of privacy, you hereby acknowledge that TechnoTal has the right to obtain certain identification information about your computer and its operating system, including IP addresses and information contained in your personal Flash data storage files for identification purposes without any further notice to you.

TechnoTal may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, (a) revise these Terms and Conditions; (b) modify the Site and/or the Service; and (c) discontinue the Site and/or Service at any time. TechnoTal shall post any revision to these Terms and Conditions to the Site, and the revision shall be effective immediately on such posting. You agree to review these Terms and Conditions and other online policies posted on the Site periodically to be aware of any revisions. You agree that, by continuing to use or access the Site following notice of any revision, you shall abide by any such revision.

By using the service or accessing the site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and condition and agree to be bound by them.

Each player is allowed to create only one account in the game, for futher character creation one can buy Premium to create additiona characters free of cost or create another account using 500 gems. Creating more account may place players at unfair advantage and is extremely restricted in the game. The abuse of such mechanics may lead to:

• Suspension from the game
• Account termination

Account selling is strictly forbidden in Ninja Specter due to a negative inpact in the Game's Economy, Community and Security Meassures. Such actions may be allowing players to attempt inappropriate activities such as account theft, money scam and more. Our team will take extreme meassures against people who do so which include:

• Disability of all in-game payments
• Removal of in-game credits
• Suspension from the game
• Account termination

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and protected at all times. TechnoTal is not held liable if your account is "hacked" and the TechnoTal will not be responsible if there are any changes or losses in your account that may incur as a result of someone else using your account with or without your knowledge.

Each purchase the user does in the game will award him with in-game currency type of Credits. The usage of credits is allowed inside the Market where the player can exchange his credits with Premium Account Type, Gems, Gold, Game Items and more. Each purchase is final and non refundable. Once the user has been awarded with credits they will not be able to refund their purchases. Each purchase is done with the users' full awearness and agreement throughout Facebook / Discord or other social Platform. Before the payment the user is fully aware of the item they acquire therefore there could not be any form of misunderstanding. In any occasion of Refund occurence in the game the admins may be able to:

• Temporary suspension from the game - due to incomplete payments
• Account suspension
• Account termination

Violations of the Terms of Use include the ff. actions:

• Post, transmit, promote, or distribute Content that is illegal.
• Harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else to another Member or guest that is unwanted. Vulgar or disrespectful words, messages offending their race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, heritage, disability.
• Transmit or facilitate distribution of Content that is harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, vulgar, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, or in a reasonable person's view, objectionable. Hate speech is not tolerated.
• Impersonate another person (including celebrities), indicate that you are an TechnoTal employee or a representative of TechnoTal, or attempt to mislead users by indicating that you represent TechnoTal.
• Attempt to get a password, other account information, or other private information from a Member or any other user on TechnoTal. Remember: TechnoTal employees will NEVER ask for your password. Do not give your password, reminder words, or billing information out to anyone.
• Promote or encourage any illegal activity including hacking, cracking or distribution of counterfeit software.
• Upload files that contain a virus or corrupted data.
• Post messages for any purpose other than personal communication, including without limitation advertising, promotional materials, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or make any commercial use of our Service.
• Improperly use in game support or complaint buttons or make false reports to TechnoTal staff.
• You will not attempt to interfere with, hack into or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
• You will not exploit any bug in the Service or in any TechnoTal product to gain unfair advantage in the game and you will not communicate the existence of any such bug (either directly or through the public posting) to any other user of the Service.
• You will not do anything that interferes with the ability of other Service users to enjoy playing the game and using the Service, in accordance with its rules, or that materially increases the expense or difficulty of TechnoTal in maintaining the Service for the enjoyment of all its users.

Game Mechanics may mean the "act of taking advantage of the limitations of game systems" of Ninja Specter. It is different from bug exploitation in such a way that it is the abuse of a programming mistake. Distributing game mechanics in such a way that it damages another character, their gameplay, the service and its economy would face the ff. sanctions:

• Verbal Warning
• Temporary suspension from the game - due to subsequent offenses

Some third party software that is not used for the gameplay experience of Ninja Specter can be used to gain unfair advantage of winning and increasing points in the game. This may also include programs of some sort which is used to obtain information from the game that is not usually available to the player enabling him to modify game files. Using such result in game crashes, and transmission of viruses and spyware into the player's computer and can even acquire personal information such as accounts or passwords. If a player is found to execute these third part softwares/programs, the player will be:

• Temporarily suspended from the game
• Account closure due to the extent of modification

Data is streamed between Ninja Specter and the player's computer during game play to update/modify game information received at any particular time. Manipulation of streamed data in ways of altering either the incoming or outgoing information , and even as minor as the manipulation of one byte of a packet, or the "sniffing" of packets for any reason is forbidden. Data mining is extraction of non-public information. Player involving in such activity may:

• Be temporarily suspended from the game
• Have account closure, based on the intent of the data manipulation
